Record a personal voicemail greeting
Recording a personal voicemail greeting from the 3CX Windows or iOS app
- Open the 3CX app
- Click the voicemail icon “1”
- Click the icon “2”
- Continue where the arrow points (second picture)
- A new window opens (picture 3)
- Enter a name for the recording and press OK
- Press OK and your phone will ring
- Once you press answer, say the text you want callers to hear when they call you
