Creating a conference in the 3CX app
To create a video conference, press the conference button in the bottom bar of the 3CX app, as shown in the picture:
The conference window opens, where you can carry out various actions.
Inviting participants to the conference
- To invite participants to the conference, enter the participant’s name (Name) and email (Email), then press Add.
- After you press Add, the participant appears in the invitation list, the name and email fields clear, and you can add the next participant. When everyone is entered, press OK.
- Everyone entered receives an email invitation with the link.

Conferences can also be created in the browser, from the web client.
1. Open your web client.
2. In the menu on the left, choose Schedule Conference.

- #3 - Choose 3CX (direct eMail)
- #4 - Participants' email
- #5 - Create the conference
