3CX CLOUD LT SOLUTIONS
Solutions shaped around your process
The solutions connect to your phone system (PBX) and 3CX. Each one can run on its own — we start with a single case and add the rest once you see the result.
What can we add to your phone system?
Every solution works on its own. Press “Request” and tell us how the process runs today — we will reply with what can actually be done.
Automatic call back after a missed call
The system calls the customer back after an unanswered call — following the order you set, not whenever someone remembers.
Automatic SMS after a missed call
The customer gets an SMS right after the missed call, and the team gets a message into the 3CX chat, so the missed call is visible in the queue and in the 3CX mobile app too.
API Call Events
Call events travel into your CRM, ERP or any other system the moment they happen — together with the recording and the history.
MakeCall
A call is started from your system with a single API request. You can also set which external number the customer sees.
NEXT Call – automatic connection to an agent
The system calls the customer itself and brings in an agent only once the customer confirms on the IVR that they want to talk. Agents only speak to interested customers.
Automatic survey call
An automatic voice survey with keypad voting, and during the call the customer can be put through to an agent.
Call commenting
After the conversation the employee writes a comment and tags the topic, and can turn it into a request. Comments stay in the call history and are found by search.
Call rating after the conversation
The customer rates the conversation right after it, and the results roll up into NPS and CSAT.
Custom software development and 3CX add-ons
An add-on for your existing 3CX or a separate app for the browser, Windows, Android and iOS — with reports, automated processes and REST API integration.
API integration
Call control, sending and receiving SMS, the customer card on screen, plus recordings and history in your CRM or ERP — through one REST API.
Legacy PBX upgrade
Upgrading a legacy Siemens, UNIFY or Alcatel system to 3CX: both run together, the numbers stay the same, and the migration goes in stages.
AI call analytics
The conversation becomes text, and from it a summary, the sentiment and the keywords are extracted, with the result travelling into a request or the customer history.
HELPDesk – customer request management
Calls, email, web chat and SMS come together in one request list with statuses, tags and automatic replies.
Agent Desktop
One working window for the agent: calls, email and the customer card in the same place, with no jumping between programs.
How do these solutions differ from standard features?
This is not a setting out of the box but an addition shaped around the way you work. It connects to the phone system already running, so there is nothing to replace.
Shaped around the process
The solution follows your order of work, not the other way round.
Works with the existing system
It connects to your phone system (PBX) and 3CX — there is no need to replace it.
Launched one at a time
We start with a single case and add the rest once you see the result.
Where the team already works
The solution runs in the phone system and in your systems, not in a separate window.
Frequently asked questions
What are the 3CX Cloud LT solutions?
They are additions that connect to your phone system (PBX) and 3CX: call back and SMS after a missed call, AI call analytics, HELPDesk, Agent Desktop, API Call Events, MakeCall, NEXT Call, surveys, comments with tags, call rating, API integration, custom software and a legacy PBX upgrade.
Does the existing phone system have to be replaced?
No. The solutions connect to what already runs — to your phone system (PBX) and 3CX.
Can only one solution be launched?
Yes. Each one works on its own: we start with a single case and add the rest once you see the result.
How do call events reach a CRM or ERP?
Through API Call Events: every incoming and outgoing call is passed to your system the moment it happens, together with the recording and the history.
Can calls be started straight from our own system?
Yes. MakeCall starts a call with a single API request, and the same request sets the external number that is shown (CallerID).
How is a solution ordered?
